Infrared Sauna (Kingsland only)
Relax and unwind in our Infrared Sauna, proven to assist with the treatment of a wide range of health issues. Unlike traditional saunas, infrared heat penetrates your body directly, promoting a deep sweat and detoxification. Enjoy the benefits of stress relief, muscle pain relief, improved circulation, skin detoxification and a boosted immune system.

Body Scrub Treatment
The secret to smooth, glowing skin is regular exfoliation, which removes the dead skin cells you shed everyday. Our Body Scrub uses an aromatic blend of sugar, ground coffee, and body scrub base (lavender/wheat germ) imported from Thailand, and is designed for all skin types. It offers deep moisturisation and can help improve skin texture, brighten the complexion, unclog pores and prevent breakouts.

Relaxation Massage
Our Relaxation Massage is a gentle, therapeutic massage designed to improve circulation, relieve stress and promote deep relaxation. This treatment consists of long, smooth strokes, kneading, and circular motion to induce a state of calmness by regulating the nervous system. Unscented, hypoallergenic oil is used.

Aromatic Massage (hot essential oil)
Our Aromatic Massage combines the techniques of the Relaxation Massage with the use of hot essential oils to enhance the therapeutic experience: • Lavender - aids in stress relief; promotes better sleep. • Jasmine - reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety and menopause. • Jasmine Rice - calming effect; soothing and moisturising for the skin. • Rose - mood-enhancing; anti-inflammatory; rejuvenating effects on the skin. • Lemongrass - refreshing; boosts energy; anti-microbial properties to cleanse the skin.

Thai Yoga Massage (no oil)
This is a traditional Thai massage that combines yoga-like stretches and acupressure to enhance flexibility, improve circulation, and relieve stress. This treatment involves stretching and twisting the body into various yoga poses (assisted by the massage therapist), and applying pressure to specific energy points along the body. No oil is used for this treatment.

Thai Deep Tissue Sports Massage
This combines the techniques of a deep tissue massage and traditional Thai massage to help relieve muscle pain and tension. It involves long strokes and applying firm pressures on points of intense tightness, targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. To finish off the session, we employ some assisted Thai yoga-like stretching to loosen the body. Unscented, hypoallergenic oil is used. Recommended for both active individuals (who partake in strenuous activities) and inactive individuals (with a sedentary lifestyle, e.g. work an office/computer job).

Hot Volcanic Stone Massage
This treatment builds on our Relaxation Massage and incorporates the use of smooth, heated stones to deeply relax tight muscles and provide a more profound sense of relaxation. These stones are used to massage the body, and are also placed on key points along your body to provide greater relief from tension and stress. Unscented, hypoallergenic oil is used. This treatment can provide relief for minor muscle pain and tension, but depending on the severity of your condition, we may recommend our Thai Deep Tissue & Hot Stone Massage for a more effective solution.

Thai Deep Tissue & Hot Stone Massage
This treatment combines the therapeutic benefits of our Thai Deep Tissue Sports Massage with the soothing effects of heated stones. These stones are used to massage the body, and are also placed on specific areas. The heat makes the deep tissue massage more effective by relaxing tight muscles and allowing your massage therapist to work more deeply into the layers, without causing much discomfort. Unscented, hypoallergenic oil is used. This is recommended for individuals who have muscle pain and tension, but prefer a massage that isn't too intense/strong.

Foot Spa & Reflexology
Reflexology is an ancient practice based on the concept that specific points (called reflex points) on the hands and feet are connected to different organs in the body, via the Nervous System and Meridians. Foot Reflexology involves stimulating these reflex points on the feet to clear blockages and restore the body's vital energy flow. This can help aid digestion, improve circulation, relieve pain and reduce stress. This treatment begins with soaking your feet for 15 minutes in a basin of warm water, with added rose petals and salts. Your massage therapist will use a tool, called a reflexology stick, to apply localised pressure on specific points on the feet. To finish it off, the lower legs are massaged to enhance the therapeutic effects of reflexology. IMPORTANT: Reflexology is not suitable for pregnant individuals!

Hand Reflexology
Hand Reflexology is a therapeutic practice that involves applying pressure to the reflex points on the hands. Much like Foot Reflexology, it operates on the principle that specific points on the hands correspond to different organs and systems in the body. For this treatment, your massage therapist will apply targeted pressure on these reflex points, in addition to massaging your hands and arms traditionally. This treatment can enhance sleep, alleviate stress, ease cold symptoms, and provide relief from headaches, migraines, and neck pain. Complementing Hand Reflexology with an upper body massage (Office Syndrome Treatment) can further enhance the experience and offer additional relief from fatigue. IMPORTANT: Reflexology is not suitable for pregnant individuals!

Special Treatment (for Chronic Pain)
Our Special Treatment is a personalised massage that combines Thai Deep Tissue Massage techniques, the use of hot stones, and elements of reflexology - all tailored by your massage therapist to meet your specific needs. Recommended for individuals with chronic pain or injury. This treatment can help manage and alleviate symptoms of painful conditions, such as frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, chronic back pain, sciatic nerve pain, and migraines.

Thai Ligament Massage (no oil)
This is similar to our Thai Deep Tissue Sports Massage, but it specifically aims to address the ligaments (as opposed to the muscles). Ligaments are fibrous connective tissues that connect two adjacent bones at joints. These structures commonly sustain injuries and get weaker with age. This treatment targets areas where ligaments are tight, strained or involved in injury. It may be used to address issues around major joints like the knees, shoulders, or ankles. This treatment can help enhance flexibility, provide pain relief, and prevent injury in affected areas. The aim is to keep these structures in optimal condition and improve overall joint stability. No oil is used for this treatment.

Pregnancy Massage
Massage therapy can begin at any point in your pregnancy, but it is best to get a massage after 16 weeks. The benefits of massage therapy during pregnancy include an improved sense of wellness relaxation. When your feet, legs, and hands start swelling during pregnancy, it is often caused by reduced circulation and increased pressure on the major blood vessels. This treatment helps relieve lower back pain and reduce swelling. Unscented, hypoallergenic oil is used.

Upper Body Focus Massage (no oil)
This massage focuses on the back, head, neck and shoulder area. It helps reduce the tension in your upper body and improves your flexibility. The treatment also stimulates the nerves and improves the blood circulation around your head to soothe headache. No oil is used for this treatment.
