CANCELLATION & CHANGE POLICIES

*Different policies apply for our Specials/Promotional offers. Please see the next passage.

No cancellations or changes are allowed within 3 hours of the appointment time.
You can cancel your appointment without charge if you do it, at least, 3 hours before your appointment.
Otherwise, cancellations will be charged 30% of the scheduled service price.
If you do not call to cancel or do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

SPECIALS/PROMOTIONAL OFFER POLICIES

*These include the Early Bird Special, Seasonal Special, Sauna Special and any other Special that requires a full deposit upon booking.

Some promotional offers are only valid for specific times/days, which will be specified in the service name. If you book for any other time, you will be asked to pay the non-discounted price.
Masseuse request is not allowed. The masseuse you are originally assigned to is subject to change. If you would like to request a specific masseuse, please book for the non-discounted service.
Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with our promotional offers.

Cancellations:

If you cancel the booking more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, a partial refund of your deposit is available (97% of your deposit).
Refunds are not available if you cancel between 3 - 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. The deposit can be converted into credit, available for 90 days, on your account to be used for a future booking.
Any rescheduling to, or cancellations of an appointment with less than 3 hours notice will be considered a DNS (Did Not Show). No refunds or credit will be available for this circumstance.

GIFT VOUCHER POLICIES

Our Gift Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified on the electronic voucher (white), or 6 months after the date of issue specified the physical voucher (green).
Eden Thai Massage & Spa is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers, nor for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen.
Our Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged, refunded or redeemed for cash.
They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers — this includes our Early Bird Special.
The full value of the Gift Voucher must be used within one transaction/session. Any unused amount will be forfeited.
This voucher can only be redeemed for a single individual (i.e. cannot be split between two people) unless stated that it is a couple's gift voucher.

Expired Gift Vouchers:

Eden Thai Massage & Spa cannot extend the expiry date, but the expired Gift Voucher may be partially redeemed, depending on how long it has been since it expired.
If it has been less than 30 days since the expiry date, the full value of the Gift Voucher may be used (i.e. the amount that was paid for the voucher), but you will need to pay extra to match the price of the service booked.
If it has been 30 - 90 days since the expiry date, 50% of the value of the Gift Voucher may be used.
If it has been more than 90 days since the expiry date, 15% of the value of the Gift Voucher may be used.
